For any physical goods ordered, we offer free standard shipping for all orders.
Processing Time: Usually, orders are handled within 1 to 2 business days. During peak seasons, please allow up to 1-2 business days. Processing excludes weekends and public holidays.
Delivery Delays: Incorrect or incomplete payment or address information can hold up your shipment.
Shipping Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address upon checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures to incorrect addresses.

Returns (Physical Items Only)
Physical products are eligible for free returns within 30 days using our prepaid return labels. Digital products, once downloaded, cannot be refunded. Reach out to support for any access issues.
Incorrect Address Policy
If you realize an error in your shipping information, please notify us within one hour at Contact@ready2download.shop. If shipment processing has begun, changes might not be possible. Returned packages due to address errors will be re-shipped with additional delivery time.
