Because our digital fitness tracker templates are instantly downloadable and can be easily shared, we do not offer refunds once a download link has been accessed or files have been downloaded. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Physical Products
We accept returns on eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, remain in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Please do not ship returns directly to manufacturers.
Non-returnable Products include digital downloads, gift cards, and certain personal or health-related products.
Initiating Returns
To request a return, email Contact@ready2download.shop with your order details, items to be returned, and reason for the return. Returns must be authorized before shipping. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Shipping
Upon approval, a prepaid return label link will be provided for download and printing. All returns should include tracking information.
Returns and Fees
Return shipping is complimentary for approved returns submitted within the 30-day period using our prepaid label. There are no restocking fees for items returned in proper condition. If items are missing parts or show significant wear, deductions will be evaluated and communicated.
Unauthorized or late returns, or returns in poor condition, may be rejected or incur fees as explained in your return approval.
Returned items that meet the eligibility conditions will be processed without any restocking fees, so you will not be charged additional costs for approved returns.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of refund approval or denial. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method generally within 5 to 7 business days, although banking institutions’ processing times may vary. If you face unexpected delays, please contact your bank, then inform us.
Exchanges
Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same product if inventory permits; otherwise, a refund will be issued. Contact us to arrange exchanges.
Gifts
Items received as gifts and shipped directly to you may be eligible for gift credit refunds. If the order was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the purchaser, refunds will be issued to the original buyer.
